Refined metal ceilings elevate Perth CBD fit-out designed by Woods Bagot
Perth’s CBD now boasts another landmark workspace, complete with high-performance SAS International metal ceilings supplied through our Western Australian distribution partner, Progressive Materials. The project delivers a refined, acoustically responsive interior that spans multiple levels within a premium commercial environment.
For this interior fit-out project, the SAS750 Tubeline Ceiling System in a subtle Champagne Kinetic Matt finish was selected to achieve the desired linear aesthetic and premium material finish. The system’s clean lines and modular flexibility made it well-suited to the project’s combination of curved and angular ceiling zones.
To accommodate complex geometries, bespoke floating perimeter trims were manufactured by SAS International, ensuring seamless transitions throughout the space and maintaining a cohesive visual language. The durability and precision engineering of SAS750 contributed to smooth coordination on-site and consistent installation quality.
With the project targeting 6-Star Green Star Interiors certification and a 5-Star NABERS Energy rating, the selection of one of SAS International’s fully recyclable metal ceiling system supported these high environmental performance requirements and aligned with the project’s broader sustainability goals.
